1. Who we are

Service Prep Fire (https://serviceprepfire.com.au) is operated by Service Prep, ABN 30 493 975 733, 16 Matthew Street, Stanthorpe QLD 4380, Australia. Service Prep Fire is an independent study resource. It is in no way endorsed by or connected to any Australian fire service, and does not guarantee selection.

2. Your purchase

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Purchases are one-off payments. Access to purchased tests and courses lasts 90 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

3. Your account

Your account is for your personal use. Don't share your login or copy, record or redistribute our content.

4. No guarantee of selection

Our materials are practice resources. They are not the official exams, and completing them does not guarantee you will pass any test or be selected by any fire service.

5. Refunds

Pass guarantee. If you complete all the practice tests included in your purchase and don't pass your firefighter written test, we'll refund what you paid for that course.

To claim, email admin@serviceprepfire.com.au from the email address on your account, within your 90-day access period, and include a copy or screenshot of your exam result. Refunds are paid to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. One claim per person.

Apart from the pass guarantee, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
